Position: Civil Work Project Manager (7-Months Contract)
About the Role: We are commencing the construction of our new manufacturing plant and are seeking a skilled Civil Work Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site civil activities. This is a 6-month contractual role, ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in managing construction projects and liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Architectural team and Construction Manager for smooth execution of the plant construction. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring quality and timely progress as per project timelines. Monitor the work progress and resolve any on-site issues or delays. Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Review and verify drawings, BOQs, and construction materials. Maintain daily progress reports and update senior management. Supervise civil contractors and vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery. Attend regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil construction project management. Prior experience managing industrial, or plant projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, site supervision, and project execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
