Civil Supervisor / Engineer

• Construction Oversight:

  Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site, from foundation work to finishing.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, approved plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Coordination:

  Act as a key point of contact, liaising with project managers (from the PMC), engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

• Quality Control:

  Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure work meets the required standards.

• Safety Management:

  Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Reporting:

  Prepare detailed site reports on progress, resource allocation, and any issues or challenges encountered.

• Resource Management:

  Oversee the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment to prevent delays and keep the project within budget.

• Problem-Solving:

  Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical challenges to keep the project on track.

Key Qualifications

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:

  Several years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong understanding of the responsibilities of a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

  Proven ability to manage teams and provide guidance.

• Communication:

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
