Reporting To: Site Engineer / Project Manager / Infrastructure Head

Role Summary

Responsible for supervising civil site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil works: RCC, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
• Monitor daily work progress and report to the Site Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with site protocols.
• Maintain site records: daily reports, labor deployment, and material usage.
• Support QA/QC inspections and follow up on rectifications.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and managing resources effectively.
• Inspect and verify materials delivered at site.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the site management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 3–5 years in civil construction supervision
• Skills:
• Reading civil drawings
• Team supervision
• Basic QA/QC knowledge
• Daily reporting and communication
