Capricorn GroupJob Description – Civil SupervisorDesignation : Civil Supervisor Department : Project Engineering – Projects Location : Vaadi, Mulshi Site / Other Project Sites Reporting To : Site Engineer / Project Manager / Infrastructure Head Role Summary Responsible for supervising civil site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all civil works: RCC, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc. Ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, labor, and internal teams for smooth site operations. Monitor daily work progress and report to the Site Engineer/Manager. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with site protocols. Maintain site records: daily reports, labor deployment, and material usage. Support QA/QC inspections and follow up on rectifications. Assist in resolving on-site issues and managing resources effectively. Inspect and verify materials delivered at site. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the site management. Qualifications & Skills Education : Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience : 3–5 years in civil construction supervision Skills : Reading civil drawings Team supervision Basic QA/QC knowledge Daily reporting and communication Call us directly; 9689924213 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
