Job Description

As an Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in Civil Structural Engineering within the Real Estate Industry, your responsibilities will include: - Qualification: B.E / M.E in Civil Structural Engineering from a reputed institute. - Experience in quality checking of structural designs. - Proficiency in Staad.Pro, Mat 3D / Foundation 3D, with knowledge of AutoCAD as an added advantage. - Managing the interface between different disciplines to ensure project coordination. - Good knowledge in interpreting Geotechnical Reports and familiarity with American, British, European & Indian design standards. - Experience in proposal estimation, MTO/BOQ preparation, and detailed engineering of various structures including Steel Structures, Pipe Rack / Pipe bridges, Equipment supporting structures, Operating platform structures, and Pipe Supports. - Design proficiency in control buildings, substation buildings, equipment/storage shelters, civil structures like foundations, and connection designs. - Reviewing fabrication drawings, knowledge of underground utility structures, site grading drawings, road & paving layouts, and drainage layouts. - Understanding of Design basis documents, MR for Topographical Survey & Geotechnical Investigations.
