CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

· Ensure work is executed in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor workforce.

· Inspect materials, check quality of work, and maintain records of daily progress.

· Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the project engineer/manager.

· Ensure proper use of resources, minimize wastage, and maintain site discipline.

· Assist in quantity measurement, material management, and site documentation.

· Address site-level problems and escalate technical issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Good knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and equipment.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

· Strong leadership and team management skills for handling site workforce.

· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.

· Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of work experience as Site Supervisor in construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
