Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations at civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities including excavation, concreting, masonry, formwork, steelwork, and finishing work.
• Ensure the work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers.
• Monitor progress and report daily updates to the Site/Project Engineer or Manager.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials on site.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and escalate critical problems to management.
• Maintain site records including labor attendance, material usage, work progress, and inspection reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct safety briefings/toolbox talks.
• Inspect and verify work at various stages and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Assist in quantity estimation and material requirement planning.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in using site management tools and basic MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
