Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design & Planning:
Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and technical documents for projects using software like CAD.
Feasibility & Analysis:
Conduct site investigations, analyze soil, terrain, and environmental data, and perform risk assessments.
Project Management:
Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects meet objectives.
Construction Oversight:
Inspect sites, monitor progress, ensure adherence to specifications, and provide technical guidance.
Documentation:
Prepare reports, cost estimates, specifications, and permit applications.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Collaboration:
Work with architects, contractors, government officials, and project managers.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong understanding of math, science, engineering principles, and building codes.
Proficiency with design software (CAD, modeling tools).
Complex problem-solving and analytical skills.
Project management and budgeting capabilities.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and methodical thinking.
