Civil Site Engineer

You have an opportunity to join Swagat Group as a Junior Civil Site Engineer in Sargasan, Gandhinagar, with over 3 years of experience in residential construction. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring project execution is in accordance with drawings, construction standards, and specifications - Providing technical advice on corrective action based on review of plans - Practical work experience in RCC, Chantar, Masonry, and Plaster of residential building construction - Maintaining and following checklists for execution, quality registers, and safety documents - Daily maintenance and proper stacking of shuttering material - Maintaining good conduct with the team, labour agencies, client, and consultants - Ensuring machinery and material availability before the execution of any activity - Distributing and supervising labour for construction activities - Checking concreting, steel, masonry, and plaster activities daily - Responsible for curing and maintaining casting dates with the help of stakeholders - Ensuring safety instructions are followed by workers - Daily labour planning - Maintaining shuttering material, drawing register, and related documents - Following micro-planning provided by the project manager - Sorting and utilizing wastage steel available on site - Coordinating and interacting with other engineers and supervisors, following specific instructions from the Project Manager Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in residential construction If you are ready to reliably commute or relocate to Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and meet the educational and experience requirements, this full-time, permanent position at Swagat Group could be a great fit for you.
