Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Residential Projects:

  Manage day-to-day site operations for residential projects, ensuring construction activities align with the schedule, budget, and design specifications.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement quality control measures to ensure that all construction meets the required standards, plans, and client expectations.

• Site Coordination:

  Coordinate with architects, contractors, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site workflow and timely project completion.

• Material and Resource Management:

  Oversee material procurement, usage, and inventory control to ensure efficient site operations and minimize wastage.

• Safety Management:

  Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with local safety standards and company policies.

• Progress Reporting:

  Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior management, documenting construction progress, challenges, and milestones.

• Problem Solving:

  Address any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Compliance with Regulations:

  Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, CMDA norms, and relevant residential construction regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer with a focus on residential construction.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Familiarity with project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Knowledge of Residential Construction:

  Proven experience with residential projects, including villas, apartments, or housing developments.

• Strong Leadership Skills:

  Ability to lead on-site teams and manage contractors, laborers, and project workflows.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, architects, and contractors effectively.

• Attention to Detail:

  Strong focus on quality and safety, ensuring all construction work is carried out to the highest standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
