Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be an integral part of our apartment building projects, assisting with design, construction, and project management activities. Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of apartment building projects, including creating drawings, plans, and specifications. Support project managers and senior engineers in the construction coordination process, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolving construction-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Support cost estimation and budget management activities. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction. Aluminum formwork experience is added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Previous internship or entry-level experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
