Job Summary:
Archstory is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction and interior execution activities at project sites across Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, coordination with vendors and contractors, and ensure work is completed on time with high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth site operations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Monitor material delivery, inventory, and usage at site.
Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate as needed.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and update management regularly.
Verify measurements and work done for billing and documentation purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of site engineering or site supervision experience (interior or civil projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Proficient in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
