Job Description

As the Site Manager, your role involves the day-to-day management of the site, which includes supervising and monitoring the site labour force and subcontractors. Your responsibilities also include supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Planning the work effectively and organizing plant and site facilities to meet deadlines. - Resolving technical issues with employers representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities. - Ensuring quality control in compliance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans. - Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. - Preparing reports as needed. - Addressing unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in site management or a similar role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Knowledge of quality control procedures and health and safety regulations. - Ability to effectively resolve technical issues and problems. - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
