Civil Site Engineer (Freshers)

As a Civil Engineer, your role will involve supervising and monitoring daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. You will assist in setting out, leveling, and surveying of construction sites and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site staff. Ensuring quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be preparing daily progress reports, supporting in quantity measurement and material estimation, and ensuring safety procedures and site regulations are strictly followed. In case of technical issues, you will be required to resolve them and coordinate with the design/engineering team. Your qualifications and requirements for this role include possessing a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in building, road, or infrastructure projects. Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic surveying tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and under supervision. Preferred skills for this position include an understanding of structural drawings and BOQ, exposure to site execution, concrete works, and reinforcement checking, as well as knowledge of quality and safety standards.
