Civil Maintenance Engineer (Customer care)

As a Maintenance Engineer (Customer Care) in the Civil domain, your responsibilities will include the following: Role Overview: You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining structural elements such as concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and faade systems in high-rise buildings. Identifying and addressing issues related to leakages, cracks, dampness, or settlement in building structures will be crucial. Your role will involve supervising civil repair and renovation work to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Additionally, coordination with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance works and maintaining common area infrastructure will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect and maintain structural elements in high-rise buildings - Identify and address issues related to leakages, cracks, dampness, or settlement - Supervise civil repair and renovation work - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance works - Maintain common area infrastructure in parking, podium, rooftop, etc. - Handle resident complaints or service requests related to civil maintenance - Conduct flat/unit inspections during handover or possession - Provide technical support and updates to residents regarding repair work - Coordinate with the customer service team for timely issue resolution - Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and repair history - Ensure compliance with local municipal or safety regulations - Provide inputs to project teams on frequently occurring civil issues Qualifications Required: - Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering - Experience in building maintenance or post-construction services - Familiarity with high-rise building construction techniques - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to coordinate with customers, facility teams, and contractors Company Details: If available, please provide any additional details about the company mentioned in the job description.
