Relevant experience in 132KV transmission line inspection projects is mandatory.

Job Summary:

we are is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Civil Inspection Engineers for 132KV transmission projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality assurance, civil work inspection, and compliance monitoring across all phases of the transmission line construction — with a strong focus on foundation works, swinging (tower alignment), and transmission civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspection of civil works including tower foundations, substation structures, and cable trenches.

Ensure construction activities comply with design specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.

Supervise and inspect tower erection and swinging operations, ensuring proper alignment and stability.

Monitor and validate concrete work, reinforcement detailing, formwork, and curing procedures.

Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities (NCRs) and corrective actions.

Coordinate with EPC contractors, site engineers, and quality teams for timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of daily inspections, work progress, and material testing.

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards during site execution.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in civil inspection of 132kV (or higher) transmission line projects.

Expertise in foundation types (pile, raft, chimney, grillage, etc.) used in transmission tower construction.

Hands-on experience in swinging/alignment of transmission towers.

Strong understanding of quality control practices and civil material testing.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.

Good communication and site coordination skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering – with 5–6 years of relevant experience

OR

Diploma in Civil Engineering – with 7+ years of relevant experience

Certifications:

No certifications required, but knowledge of QA/QC standards and safety practices is desirable.
