We're looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee construction projects, manage site activities, and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing construction teams.
1. Supervise and manage construction site activities.
2. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
3. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
4. Manage and motivate construction teams.
5. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
6. Maintain records and reports.
Requirements:
1. 3-6 years of experience in civil construction
2. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
