Civil Engineering Supervisor

Accurately determine the scope of work and prepare precise quotations based on 2D drawings.

Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements and progress.

Oversee and manage on-site activities as the primary site supervisor for residential house constructions.

Implement rigorous quality checks on all ongoing construction activities and provide detailed reports to management

Efficiently manage and track construction materials to optimize resources and prevent wastage.

Engage in client consultations, providing expert advice and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on residential house construction.

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, specifically related to residential building.

Good to Have:

Proficiency in construction management software.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹33,091.84 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
