Responsibilities:
1️⃣Supervise road works (flexible & rigid pavements, GSB, WMM, PQC, kerbs, markings)
2️⃣ Manage RCC/V-drains, culverts, and minor civil structures
3️⃣ Oversee boundary walls, foundations & utilities
4️⃣ Plan & monitor site progress, coordinate subcontractors
5️⃣ Ensure quality, safety & documentation (DPRs, IRs, material logs)
6️⃣ Must know IS codes, surveying & multitasking
