Civil Engineer for an intermittent engagement

Nature of Engagement (Intermittent Type):

• This is

  not a full-time or continuous role

• The engineer will be

  engaged as per project requirements

  , based on specific milestones, reviews, or field visits.
• Suitable for professionals with flexible schedules or those working on multiple assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and technical supervision periodically.
• Review and validate design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and consultants for timely execution support.
• Identify and report technical issues, deviations, and risks during visits.
• Participate in review meetings and provide recommendations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all stages.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, IS codes, and project execution.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil quantity estimation tools.
• Ability to work independently during assigned engagements.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Flexible availability for site visits or virtual reviews.

Remuneration:

Honorarium or per-day basis as per the engagement schedule and project norms.
