About the Role

Civil Engineer – Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will not only manage design and site-related coordination but also contribute to business development through client meetings and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Technical Support:

  • Interact with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants on a regular basis to follow up on deliverables, approvals, and clarifications.
  • Participate in discussions and coordination meetings related to design, execution issues, and project scheduling.
  • Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate revisions with design consultants.
  • Assist in BOQ preparation, measurement validation, and cost inputs with QS team and site staff.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, drawing logs, approval status reports, and MIS dashboards.
  • Follow up on technical submittals, approvals, and issue resolutions with all stakeholders.

Leasing & Client Interface Support:

  • Represent

    Senara

    at industry events, expos, and client meetings to promote the Industrial Park.
  • Present the company profile and project offerings to potential tenants, consultants, and influencers.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings between clients and senior management.
  • Assist with the preparation of leasing collaterals — brochures, presentations, site briefs, etc.
  • Maintain leasing follow-up trackers and ensure timely client communication and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

    .
  • 2–4 years of experience

    in civil engineering, project coordination, or infrastructure development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling external interactions.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, timelines, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Willingness to attend meetings and events outside the office as required.
