Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects.
  
• Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure quality control.
  
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
  
• Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and technical documentation.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  
• Resolve design and development problems on-site or during planning stages.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Experience:

  [ minimum 4+ years preferred in construction or infrastructure projects]

• Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or similar tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Familiarity with quantity surveying and billing is an added advantage.
  

Working Conditions:

• Work may be conducted on-site or in the office depending on project needs
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
