Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural work and erection tasks on site.
Collaborate closely with project teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
Identify critical project areas and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Monitor project progress, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Educational Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements:

Expertise in structural and erection work related to industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues effectively.

Skills:

Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills for managing project timelines and resource allocation.
