About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of on-field experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to manage daily construction activities efficiently. This role requires temporary on-site stay during the project period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site labor to maintain workflow and quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption, and work measurements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality checks, and project timelines.
• Assist in planning, estimation, and material management.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and head office regarding progress and site requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic quantity estimation.
• Ability and willingness to stay on-site temporarily during project execution.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
