Civil Engineer- Finishing

As a Finishing Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of finishing activities at the site. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing all finishing activities at the site. - Coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. - Ensuring work quality as per design specifications and client requirements. - Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets standards and rectifying any deficiencies. - Monitoring progress and preparing regular reports on finishing work. - Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. - Reviewing and interpreting architectural and civil drawings. - Scheduling and managing manpower and materials required for finishing works. - Liaising with procurement for timely delivery of finishing materials. - Addressing technical queries and providing solutions for site issues. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in finishing works for residential/commercial construction. - Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and construction methods. - Familiarity with relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). - Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
