You’ll be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and bid preparation for commercial construction projects . Key Skills: ✔ Quantity take-offs & pricing ✔ Bid & proposal preparation ✔ Read blueprints & drawings ✔ MS Office, AutoCAD, PlanSwift (preferred) ✔ Strong analytical & math skills Qualifications: Diploma/B.E. in Civil or Construction Management. Estimation software knowledge is a plus.
