- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Monitor construction quality
- Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience in under contractor firm will be preferred.
- Candidate should be responsible for all the cross-checking work as accordance to the building standard.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience
- Primavera or MS Project or BIM
- scheduling, estimation & reconciliation.
