Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage financial operations for real estate projects.
Analyse and interpret financial data to support decision-making and business growth.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and local real estate laws, particularly in Uttar Pradesh.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, marketing, and development to facilitate seamless operations.
Handle budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for land development projects.
Supervise and manage the accounts and finance teams.
Monitor project financials and evaluate profitability and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Strong knowledge of RERA regulations in Uttar Pradesh.
Proven track record of managing mid-level management responsibilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
