Handle budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for land development projects. Supervise and manage the accounts and finance teams. Monitor project financials and evaluate profitability and cost efficiency. Required Qualifications and Skills: Strong knowledge of RERA regulations in Uttar Pradesh. Proven track record of managing mid-level management responsibilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
