Job Description

To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages Guide / Instruct Junior engineer / Supervisor to prepare required fields and reports pertaining to project To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness To check and keep control on the wastage of material at site To check completed projects / building which are ready for possession To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc Key Skills for Civil Engineers Technical Skills Structural design and analysis. Proficiency in CAD, STAAD Pro, and other engineering software. Knowledge of construction materials and techniques. Project Management Planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera or MS Project. Surveying and Site Skills Land surveying and GIS tools. Site inspection and quality control. Regulatory Knowledge Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and environmental laws. Soft Skills Strong communication and teamwork. Problem-solving and decision-making. Attention to detail and time management. Adaptability Learning new tools and methods. Handling varying project conditions effectively.
