Civil Design Engineer

You will be responsible for analyzing and designing Ash handling plants, Coal handling plants, and Industrial Structures. Your role will involve designing RCC and Steel Structures, foundations including open foundation, pile foundation, and machine foundation. You will also design steel and RCC hoppers and silos. In addition, you will provide design inputs to draughtsmen, review calculations, check drawings, and assist in pre-tendering stage Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and cost analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Your behavioral competencies should include excellent design skills, analytical thinking, target orientation with a focus on key deliverables, self-starting and self-motivated attitude, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You must have hands-on experience with STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications such as MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
