Role:

Civil Construction Engineer (Residential Villas & Apartments) Hybrid (Visakhapatnam, India)Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise site execution for residential villa and apartment projects to meet drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
• Lead RCC works including formwork, reinforcement, concreting, curing and finishing; ensure workmanship meets structural and architectural standards.
• Create and monitor project schedules, resource plans and critical-path activities using MS Project/Primavera to drive on-time delivery.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, take-offs and site quantities; support cost control, procurement and timely material mobilisation.
• Implement quality assurance and testing regimes; perform site inspections, manage NCRs and ensure adherence to IS codes and safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors and clients; maintain site documentation, daily reports and statutory approvals.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in execution of residential villas and apartment projects (site supervision and delivery).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and shop?drawing coordination.
• Hands?on experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, formwork practices and IS codes.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying and basic cost control.
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with Revit or BIM workflows for coordination.
• NEBOSH or equivalent construction safety certification.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor deliveries on residential sites.
