A Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) job, often held by a BBS Engineer or a Civil Engineer with BBS expertise, involves creating detailed schedules for reinforcing steel (rebar) in concrete structures. This includes analyzing structural drawings, calculating quantities of steel, and preparing schedules that guide the cutting, bending, and placement of rebars on site. The role ensures the structural integrity of the project by facilitating accurate reinforcement work.
