Civil and Interior Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day on-site work to ensure designs are executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Quality Control: Ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet company standards.
• Timeline Management: Monitor progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Resource Management: Supervise site labor, track attendance, and manage material usage and deliveries.
• Site Documentation: Maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and photographic records.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company on-site and handle client queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-out or Construction projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site measurement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Project Documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
