The City Operations Role

primary point of contact for the growing driver community and internal Operations team.

You will need to be able to do a little bit of everything and do it well. Are you a smart and resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid of tackling one task, then the next, then thinks, What else can I do to help out If so, this position will expose you to all departments and allow you to navigate your own road map to success, explore your interests within the organization, and grow with the company.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage our driver fleet and ensure proper routing and delivery logistics between customers and restaurants
• Retaining effective relationships with large groups of independently contracted delivery specialists and drivers, in a way that consistently meets their needs and those of the company
• Help optimize driver growth and scalability
• Work directly with the greater team to continually optimize company operations
• Communicate key insights and proactively make recommendations to senior leadership
• Support the operations team and oversee daily schedule changes to ensure real-time driver coverage.

Experience/Skills

• 3-5 years experience in logistics and operations is preferred
• Work experience at consulting firms, investment banks, or large accounting firms is preferred.
• Process-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Some high-growth operations, technology, or startup experience
• Experience reporting on weekly metrics and owning KPIs
• Self-motivated and self-starting - work well independently and possess strong organization and time management skills
• Project management experience in a cross-functional setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
