City Lead (Sales & Ops)

As a City Lead in the Sales & Operations department of the 3 Wheeler Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in establishing a new business venture right from its inception. Your primary responsibility will involve setting up and managing a city team while overseeing their operations as the business expands. This role offers you the opportunity to step into a central leadership position as the business progresses. Your key responsibilities will revolve around building a comprehensive distribution network comprising dealers, sub-dealers, DCO influencers, and other EBIs. You will be tasked with nurturing relationships within this network and overseeing the entire lead funnel effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. In the event of customer defaults, your role will involve facilitating the repossession and redeployment of vehicles promptly. Furthermore, maintaining a high level of customer and partner experience through effective NPS management will be a key aspect of your job. To excel in this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with an MBA being a desirable but not mandatory qualification. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales and distributor management within the automotive industry, with a preference for exposure to BFSI, is required. Prior experience in team management is essential, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role. If you are a native of Lucknow, it will be considered a plus point. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software will be beneficial for this role.
