Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 22 years of experience in Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, or Azure VDS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with desktop virtualization technologies and understand client computing and end-user services environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage Citrix VDI environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Citrix VDI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix VDI with other systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of Citrix VDI infrastructure and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for Citrix VDI.
Provide training and support to end-users on Citrix VDI.

Job Requirements

Strong experience with Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, or Azure VDS.
Experience with Windows image build process and automation.
Knowledge of active directory and domain-joined infrastructure.
Experience with CI/CD or automation is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
