Cisco ACI - L2/3

As a skilled Cisco ACI Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, and management of our data centre network infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our network environment by utilizing Cisco's Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) technology. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to optimizing network performance and meeting business requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting the Cisco ACI fabric to align with business and technical needs, configuring and deploying ACI components such as Application Network Profiles (ANPs), Endpoint Groups (EPGs), and contracts, as well as integrating ACI with external services like load balancers, firewalls, and hypervisors. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and managing ACI policies, monitoring and troubleshooting network connectivity and performance within the ACI fabric, implementing network segmentation and micro-segmentation, and optimizing the ACI fabric for performance, scalability, and security. Collaboration with various teams, including network architects, system administrators, and security teams, will be essential to integrate ACI with other data centre technologies. Providing technical guidance and support to network engineers and administrators, evaluating ACI-related hardware and software solutions, documenting ACI design and configurations, and generating performance reports will also be part of your role. Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in ACI technology, participating in training and certification programs to enhance your ACI knowledge and skills will be encouraged.
