CISCO ACI ADMIN -L2

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and administering CISCO ACI as a Level 2 administrator in Mumbai. Your role will involve working with various CISCO Data Center products such as Nexus 9000, Nexus 3000, Nexus 7000/5000, along with Cisco ASR 9K and ASR 1K. You will also be required to have a strong understanding of routing and switching protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MST, PVST, and L2 switching. Additionally, your responsibilities will include designing DC networks, handling escalations, configuring and troubleshooting Nexus devices and ACI, and supporting events and migrations during PE windows. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer CISCO ACI - Work with CISCO Data Center products including Nexus switches and ASR routers - Configure and troubleshoot Nexus devices and ACI - Design DC networks - Handle escalations and customer communication - Support events and migrations during PE windows - Collaborate with L2 NOC team for escalations - Communicate technology strategy and architecture approach effectively - Possess knowledge of IP/MPLS and L4-L7 load balancing and firewalls - Have certifications like CCIE preferred and CCNP required - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills - Work in high-pressure environments Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in CISCO ACI administration - Strong understanding of Cisco routing/switching protocols - Experience with VXLAN, ACI, and Legacy to ACI Migration - Knowledge of DC Architecture and ACI Multipod/Multisite/PBR will be an advantage - Familiarity with virtualization tools and concepts - Fundamentals of Cisco SD-WAN will be an advantage,
