What we are looking for Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor who can shoot, edit, and produce engaging health-related video content. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, storytelling skills, and preferably a basic understanding of health and wellness communication. Key Responsibilities: Plan and shoot high-quality video content (studio + on-location) Edit videos (Shorts, long-form) Create basic motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branded elements Collaborate with doctors, content writers, and creative teams to bring medical content to life Design custom thumbnails, posters, and video covers Manage and organize video assets and maintain file hygiene Suggest improvements in storytelling, visual quality, and engagement Requirements: 1+ years of experience in video production and editing Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Canva) Comfortable with camera handling, lighting, and audio setup Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Interest in health, wellness, or medical content is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience with reels, YT Shorts, or vertical formats Animation/motion graphics knowledge Understanding of SEO and engagement tactics for health content
