Cinematographer – Zlan Creations (Full-Time, On-Site)

About the Role

Zlan Creations — a 360° creative and advertising agency — is looking for a skilled Cinematographer to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in camera operations, lighting setups, and visual storytelling, capable of handling diverse content requirements for client projects including commercials, social media films, brand campaigns, and event shoots.

This role involves frequent travel for client shoots, brand projects, and on-location productions across various cities.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content across brand and digital campaigns.
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the creative and production teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.•⁠ ⁠Manage on-set lighting, camera gear, and composition to achieve the desired mood and tone.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in conceptualizing shot lists, framing, and overall visual direction.
•⁠ ⁠Handle both indoor studio and outdoor location shoots.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination with stylists, models, and creative directors during shoots.•⁠ ⁠Oversee basic color grading and post-production supervision when required.
•⁠ ⁠Be open to traveling frequently for on-location brand and campaign shoots.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras) and lighting techniques.
•⁠ ⁠Experience in product shoots, fashion/editorial films, and digital ad content.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to shoot in both controlled studio and dynamic outdoor environments.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in color grading, framing, and storytelling.
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Experience working in creative or advertising agencies is an advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel as part of production assignments.
