Cinematographer- Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production

· Script Breakdown – Analyzing the script to understand visual requirements.

· Visual Style Planning – Collaborating with the director to decide the mood, tone, and style of the film.

· Storyboarding / Shot Lists – Working with the director and storyboard artist to design camera movements and compositions.

· Equipment Planning – Selecting the right cameras, lenses, and accessories for the project.

· Lighting Design – Planning the lighting setup to achieve the desired look.

· Location Scouting – Assessing lighting conditions, camera positions, and technical feasibility.

2. During Production

· Camera Operation Supervision – Directing camera operators and assistants.

· Lighting Execution – Overseeing the setup and adjustment of lights on set.

· Framing & Composition – Ensuring each shot matches the director’s vision.

· Exposure & Focus Control – Managing brightness, contrast, and sharpness for visual clarity.

· Camera Movements – Guiding dolly, crane, gimbal, or handheld movements for storytelling impact.

· On-set Problem Solving – Adjusting for unexpected challenges (weather, space constraints, etc.).

· Maintaining Visual Continuity – Keeping the look consistent across scenes and days of shooting.

3. Post-Production Collaboration

· Color Grading Supervision – Working with colorists to finalize the visual tone.

· VFX Coordination – Ensuring visual effects integrate seamlessly with live footage.

· Shot Review – Checking final edits to maintain image quality and continuity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
