Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Cinematographer to create visual storytelling for AIM's content. From documentary-style interviews and conference after-movies to studio shoots and dynamic social media reels, you'll help us create engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including interviews, event coverage, and social media assets
• Scout and set up locations, manage lighting, framing, and camera movement for optimal storytelling
• Operate camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, gimbals, drones, etc.) with proficiency
• Ensure visual consistency with AIM's branding and content standards
• Stay updated with visual trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the media industry

Requirements:

• Proven expertise as a cinematographer/videographer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and shooting in different environments (indoor/studio/outdoor/event)
• Ability to tell a story through visuals with a keen eye for detail, composition, and movement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects
• Experience in shooting corporate, tech-related, or event-based content is a plus
• Drone operation or certification is a bonus
• Live broadcast studio experience is a bonus
