Job Title: Cinematographer Location: Pune, Kharadi (On-site) Experience: 6 to 12 months Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Cinematographer to join our growing team in Pune, Kharadi. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. You will be involved in shooting video content for podcasts, social media reels, and product videos that align with our brand and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recording and producing multi-speaker podcasts and solo speaker video content for YouTube. Capture high-quality Instagram reels and short-form content. Operate camera equipment to film dynamic, engaging content both in-studio and on-location. Collaborate with the creative and editing teams to bring ideas to life visually. Support in shooting product-focused videos that showcase key features in an appealing format. Follow brand guidelines while maintaining a cinematic and visually appealing style. Adapt to different shooting environments while maintaining consistent quality. Stay updated on new trends, video styles, and equipment techniques to improve output. Requirements: 6 to 12 months of practical experience in cinematography or videography (internship/freelance experience also accepted). Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and sound handling. Understanding of framing, angles, and shot composition. Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus. Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet production deadlines. Having your own camera equipment (mirrorless camera, lenses, tripod) will be an added advantage.
