Cinematographer and Editor

We're now looking for a cinematographer & editor who shares our creative vision and is ready to grow with a passionate, tight-knit team. Key Responsibilities Cinematography: Capture high-quality footage using DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and gimbals Understand lighting techniques for indoor/outdoor shoots Collaborate with the creative team on shot planning and visual direction Frame shots that are aesthetic, storytelling, and dynamic Set up and operate cameras, stabilizers, and basic lighting setups Video Editing: Edit cinematic reels, event videos, promotional films, and brand content Create storytelling edits that include sound design, transitions, text overlays, and color grading Maintain brand consistency and emotional tonality across projects Handle multiple formats (Reels, YouTube videos, full-length edits) Stay updated with current trends in editing styles and formats Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus) Strong understanding of frame rates, resolutions, and aspect ratios Hands-on experience with cameras (Sony/Canon) Sense of music syncing, pacing, and storytelling Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to on-the-go feedback Portfolio/reel is mandatory Bonus Skills Color grading (Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve) Motion graphics / basic animation Experience with multi-cam edits and event coverage You’ll Fit Right In If You: Love storytelling through visuals Are detail-oriented and have a creative eye Are open to learning, feedback, and collaboration Thrive in a fast-paced, emotionally rich environment Can take initiative and own your craft Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
