You will be reporting to the Managing Director and CEO of the organization. Main duties and responsibilities Frontend the Business development strategies of the company as a BD Personnel. Manage and guide the existing members of the business development department. Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Prepare sales contracts , ensuring adherence to the law-established rules and guidelines. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Explore the market for floating Solar and tap relevant opportunities. List down, update and track on a regular basis, the opportunities till closure. Provide expert advice to the Nodal agencies about the floating solar system. Coordinate meetings between the engineering/design/estimation team with clients for discussing & finalising techno-commercial terms. Effective Internal communications with stakeholders to complete the project on time. Support other stakeholders like engineering, construction, Supply chain and manufacturing to build effective coordination with the clients. Make a budgetary offer for new business initiation. LOA & Contract finalisation with EPC/developers/clients within specific timelines Provide market intelligence by way of competitor activities and other relevant information. Develop insights (based on past, present data and future estimates) and share them with management during reviews. Devise strategies based on the above insights and create new business opportunities (or improve the existing business plan and try to achieve goals) Tender bid submission/Online bid support Participate in Prebid meetings/seminars/project discussions with clients. Risk analysis and mitigation. Conduct strategic analysis for a broad range of regional topics (i.e., Market and Competitors' analyses, analysis of strategic action fields) Qualifications & Skills Engineering Graduate (EEE, ECE or Mech.) & MBA with marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders both internally and externally. Prior Experience in Solar must. Technical Competencies: Understanding of the tender documents, and technical and commercial points. Knowledge of Govt/Statutory and Regulatory Policy details. Understanding of drawing/specification / standards, SOPs, FQPs, checklists, functional procedures, Microsoft usage, SAP, Business Dynamics, and ARIBA Preparation and submission of techno-commercial offers to clients. JOB DESCRIPTION - DESIGN ENGINEER We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Lead / Team Lead Design Engineer in Ciel et Terre Bangalore. Working directly under R&D Manager for new product development as per the company standards. Your role involves feasibility studies, conceptual design and prototyping, engineering calculations and analysis, testing, validation, and engineering documentation. You provide the crucial design information needed to shape our technology. Skills Required : Proficiency in CAD Modelling (3D & 2D) , Assembly, Drafting using tools like SolidWorks . Strong working knowledge of mechanical simulation tools such as Ansys or equivalent. Awareness of blow moulding, injection moulding, and structural, Sheet metal design. Sound understanding of engineering principles, GD&T, Tolerance Stack up, materials, and manufacturing processes. Hands on experience in hand calculations , engineering Calculatio ns. Awareness of prototyping, product validation, testing, DFMEA, DFA, DFX. Clear understanding of quality process including Risk assessment, FMEA, Causal Analysis, Root Cause analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions . Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality designs and documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results. What you will do : Realise product from concept to Production including conceptualization, engineering calculations and analysis, CAD modelling, risk and failure analysis, test/validation, documentation, and release. Carry out Hands-on Engineering calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Calculations. Utilise the knowledge of Product life cycle management (PLM). Create and maintain design documentation that includes requirements, specifications, verification reports, Bill of Materials, detailed engineering drawings, study reports and all documents that contribute to DHF of the product family. Perform as an independent reviewer in technical and design reviews. Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to local and global cross-functional teams in design reviews. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements. Demonstrates understanding of DFX assessments (cost, reliability, manufacturability), etc. Manages all technical complexities of the work, and effectively communicates with all Project team members and stakeholders. This includes reporting pertinent information at key milestones. Defines the required tasks, test plans, deliverables, and technical direction. Constructs detailed, accurate project schedules interfacing with product development, Industrial, Validation, and other cross functional teams. Address problem reports and issues observed during the manufacturing, assembly, installation, and operation of the parts/product. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers/Team. Behavioural Competencies : Team player with good interpersonal skills. Proactive person who is willing to learn new skills, innovative thinking. Good verbal and written communication skills in english. Experience & Qualification : Masters degree preferred (M. Tech) / bachelor'ss degree in mechanical engineering (B.E. or B.
