As a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer at Ajmera Infotech, you will be responsible for building mission-critical release pipelines for regulated industries. Ajmera Infotech is known for engineering planet-scale software with a 120-strong development team that powers NYSE-listed clients. From HIPAA-grade healthcare systems to FDA-audited workflows, our code operates in environments where failure is not an option. You will thrive in our TDD/BDD culture, where we prioritize building defensible code from day one. Embracing code-first pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Octopus, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers who will mentor you to level up. At Ajmera Infotech, you will have end-to-end ownership, deploying what you build and ensuring audit-readiness in compliance landscapes such as HIPAA, FDA, and SOC2. Additionally, you will showcase your cross-platform expertise by deploying to Linux, MacOS, and Windows environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain CI pipelines using GitHub Actions (or Jenkins/Bamboo). - Own build and release automation across development, staging, and production environments. - Integrate with Octopus Deploy (or equivalent) for continuous delivery. - Configure pipelines for multi-platform environments. - Build compliance-resilient workflows adhering to standards like SOC2, HIPAA, and FDA. - Manage source control using Git, Jira, Confluence, and build APIs. - Implement advanced deployment strategies such as canary releases, blue-green deployments, and rollbacks. Must-Have Skills: - Expertise in CI tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bamboo. - Deep understanding of build/release pipelines. - Proficiency in cross-platform deployment on Linux, MacOS, and Windows. - Experience with compliance-first CI/CD practices. - Proficient in Git, Jira, Confluence, and API integrations. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with Octopus Deploy or similar CD tools. - Experience with containerized multi-stage pipelines. - Knowledge of feature flagging, canary releases, and rollback tactics. Benefits: - Competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses. - Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family. - Flexible working hours and generous paid leave. - Access to high-end workstations and our in-house device lab. - Sponsorship for learning opportunities including certifications, workshops, and tech conferences.,
