Role Description

This is a full-time role for a C&I Foreman at Irama Studio, based in Delhi NCR, India.. The C&I Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction and installation projects, operating and maintaining bills, site supervision as per quality standards, performing carpentry, tiling, painting tasks, and maintaining project sites. The foreman will ensure clear and effective communication among team members and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills
• Experience in operating Heavy Equipment
• Effective Communication skills
• Proficiency in Carpentry
• Experience in Maintenance
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote)
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications or training in construction or related fields is a plus
