As a Risk Management Analyst at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in driving the right outcomes for the Bank in line with Retail Clients strategy. Your responsibilities will involve a focus on maintaining Turnaround Time (TAT) and portfolio quality, optimizing returns within risk appetite, and ensuring adherence to processes and standards while cultivating a risk culture. You will be instrumental in reinforcing lessons learned from control failures, addressing capability gaps, and enhancing central portfolio oversight to mitigate emerging risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Display exemplary conduct and uphold the Groups Values and Code of Conduct. - Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, regulatory, and business conduct. - Lead to achieve outcomes in the Banks Conduct Principles such as Fair Outcomes for Clients and Effective Financial Markets. - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively. - Serve as a Director of the Board and act in accordance with the Articles of Association. - Collaborate with key stakeholders including CI Team, CO Team, Business Teams, and Legal & Compliance Team. - Ensure smooth processing of Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities and maintain strong coordination between Analysts, Business team, and Analyst Manager. - Provide continuous feedback to improve the work of the CI Analyst team. Qualifications: - MBA or CA qualified with a minimum of 4 years of underwriting experience.
