Fraud company this is when i sent all the hospital bills and requested for claim later they requested some documents which i have already provided.. Explained and provided bill number as well but not lisiting asking again and again same think..

Hi guys as my experience with Chola insurance is very bad and unprofessional im waiting from past two and half year not yet claimed.
So my suggestion do not buy a Chola insurance in your life and do not waste ur money for taking chola insurance.

Absolutely disastrous experience. The surveyor was rude and unprofessional, escalation matrix did not work at all, too many tantrums in processing my claim. Not going with them ever again..!!

I had a very bitter and bad experience dealing with the Car insurance claim from this company. Its surveyor has taken THREE BLOODY WORKING DAYS TO COMPLETE A SURVEY of the damaged vehicle. Very poor response from any one from this company.
